Pepe
Aguilar 2007
With a towering reputation to match his 6’5” frame,
Pepe Aguilar has continued the popular Ranchera music traditions
established by his legendary father, Antonio Aguilar Sr. In 2002,
Pepe became the first Mexican regional music singer to perform
at the Hollywood Bowl. He was also the first Hispanic to sing
at the Kodak Theater. Pepe Aguilar will make his debut at Fiesta
Broadway which is now in its 18th and most exciting year.

Bronco 2006
The five-member group from Monterey, Mexico’s popularity continues to soar as their recordings craft a sound honoring the Norteno tradition while incorporating modern instruments. During the 80’s and 90’s, Bronco owned the #1 spot on the Billboard Magazine charts for radio airplay and retail record sales. Bronco made their Fiesta Broadway debut in 2006 singing songs from their most recent album release called “Por Ti”.

Ley 2005
Popular musical artists La Ley, the
GRAMMY Award winning trio widely regarded as one of the pillars
of contemporary Latin Rock and Pop, will make their first-ever appearance
on the stages of Fiesta Broadway – Los Angeles’ official
“Cinco de Mayo” street festival and cultural celebration
on Sunday, May 1st. |

Lucero
2004
"La Reina" for 2004 performed
brilliantly, along with the popular Pedro Fernandez, at Fiesta's
main McDonald's stage. The beautiful Lucero was rewarded with an
overwhelming show of love and appreciation from her fans. The sun
that day was very hot -- but Lucero proved even hotter -- and moments
like that make Fiesta Broadway "way cool" in any year. |

Alicia
Villareal 2003
Singer Alicia Villarreal was named
"Reina de la Fiesta Broadway 2003" along with Los Tucanes
de Tijuana, who were named "Grandes Mariscales" of the
event. Also, Victor Manuelle, and Ana Barbara were among the many
top stars who performed live at this year's Fiesta Broadway.

Celia
Cruz 1995, 2002
At Fiesta 2002, the legendary "Queen
of Salsa" continued her reign as an incredible performer when
she drew thousands to the AARP stage at Fourth & Main. Celia
was one of the 50 + performers who appeared on one of five Fiesta
Broadway SuperStages.

Rubio 2001
" La Chica Dorada" Paulina
Rubio was the Queen of Fiesta Broadway along with our Grand Marshall,
"The Golden Boy" himself, Oscar De La Hoya. Paulina is
on her way to becoming the next cross-over sensation capable of
drawing huge audiences in both the Hispanic and General market.

De La Hoya 2001
Oscar De La Hoya is a man of incredible
talent – and we’re just talking about his singing! At
Fiesta Broadway 2001, Oscar was our Grand Marshall and wowed the
crowd by belting out a tune instead of his opponents in the ring.
Look for this Latin GRAMMY Award nominee to keep making hits long
after he leaves boxing.

Anthony 1992, ‘93
On his way to the upper echelon of
Pop stardom, Marc Anthony headlined Fiesta Broadway and blew the
crowd away with his rendition of "Palabra De Alma". Marc
Anthony was the Grand Marshall of Fiesta Broadway in 1992 and ’93!
He performed from a SuperStage sponsored by AT&T and attracted
thousands to their exhibit Pavilion
located near the stage.

Ponce 1999
It was just a little over ten years
ago when a new face appeared in the entertainment world with nothing
more than a dream to inspire him. Three albums and three soap operas
later, Carlos Ponce has emerged as a credible and talented entertainer
who has carved a permanent niche for himself in Latin entertainment
as a singer, songwriter and actor as well as television host and
producer. We’re proud that his appearance at Fiesta ’99
helped bring this popular Puerto Rican entertainer to hundreds of
thousands of Fiesta fans.

At Fiesta ’96 another legend
graced the stages of our Fiesta Broadway and served as our 7th Annual’s
Grand Marshall. The heat of Tito Puente’s unique blend of
skills and showmanship helped burn Salsa, Mambo and Latin music
into the American consciousness – and hundreds of thousands
of his fans came to see him play for free at Fiesta Broadway in
Los Angeles!

Although this arrestingly beautiful
and talented performer was a TV star in Mexico since she was nine
years old, it wasn’t until 1995 that she first enthralled
Fiesta fans with her voice and with her energized performance. By
popular demand, Thalia returned as our "Queen" in 1997.
This beloved Diva is poised to become another great "cross-over"

Jose
Feliciano 1993
In 1966, while recording his "Bagful
of Soul" album, Jose began singing in Spanish. The result was
the birth of yet another musical legend who’s talent and song-craft
eventually made its way to our Fiesta Broadway stages. Named our
"Grand Marshall" in 1993. Jose’s career and legend
continue to grow as he records more soulful songs and brings joy
to new generations of music fans. |

Los
Tigres Del Norte 1998
They have been called the musical
authors of the Latino immigrant experience. These "Tigers
of the North" are considered the greatest and longest-running
norteño band. At Fiesta Broadway ’98, their performance
galvanized Fiesta fans with their impassioned music that spoke
to the heart of the grassroots Latino-American experience. "Los
Tigres…" has packed dance halls with their beguiling
blend of corridos and dance-friendly polkas for more than three
decades.
